CLEVELAND, Ohio - Sophomores Audrey Gray (South Euclid, Ohio/Brush) and Andrew Hancock (Sydney, Australia/St. Mary Senior) were named Swimmers of the Week by the MCC. They join freshman Jen Catton (Tecumseh, Ontario/Belle River District), who was recognized last week, as Vikings to be honored by the conference this year.

Gray won a pair of events last week against Ohio State. She was victorious in the 50 free with a time of :25.41 and also took top honors in the 100 free with a time of :55.07. Hancock blew Ohio State away in the 1,000 freestyle, setting a personal best time of 9:40.01. It was the only event the Vikings won when the Buckeyes were not swimming exhibition.

CSU travels to Eastern Michigan for a two-day championship style meet this weekend, Dec. 1-2.
