Through hard work and perseverance, Mandy Sichting has made great strides in her game and will make significant contributions at both end of the court. An imposing defensive presence, she enters this year as a career 56.5 percent shooter from the floor. She is poised to emerge as one of the premier post players in the league this year.

2003-04 -- Junior Season
• Led the team with a .586 field goal percentage (34-58), while also making 21-of-29 from the free throw line (.724)
• Played in every game as the backup center, averaging 15.1 minutes per appearance
• Earned only start of the year at Youngstown State (2/5)
• Averaged 3.2 points and 2.8 rebounds
• Connected on 10 consecutive field goal attempts against IPFW & UW-Green Bay
• Had nine points and six rebounds against Detroit (2/21)
• Swatted career-best three shots and equalled her career-high with 30 minutes of action against the Phoenix (2/2)
• Knocked down all seven field goal attempts en route to a career-high 17 points and six rebounds in season-high 27 minutes against IPFW (1/26)
• Tallied seven points and four rebounds in victory over Louisville (12/18)
• Played 24 minutes against Eastern Washington, posting five points and five rebounds
• Grabbed three or more rebounds on 15 occasions, including 48 in the last 11 games (4.4 pg)

2002-03 -- Sophomore Season
• Averaged 4.7 points and 2.7 rebounds
• Tied for 13th in the conference with 0.55 bpg
• Team leader in field goal pct. at .634, including a .651 (41-63) mark in conference play
• Had career day on Jan. 2 at No. 21 UW-Green Bay, going 7-for-9 en route to 14 points in 30 minutes of action
• Matched career-high with 14 points on 6-of-8 shooting against Butler Feb. 1
• Recorded nine points and eight rebounds versus Youngstown State on Jan. 8
• Played in all 29 games, starting 10 consecutive times from Dec. 17 - Jan. 18

2001-02 -- Freshman Season
• Averaged 2.7 points and 2.4 rebounds in 10.9 minutes of action
• Pulled down career-best nine rebounds against Detroit on Feb. 28
• Posted seven points and three rebounds at Loyola on Feb. 21
• Set season-high with 10 points and six rebounds in victory at Wright State on Jan. 31
• Scored eight points against Western Michigan on Dec. 1
• Played in all 28 contests

• First team all-state selection as a senior
• Helped squad to 1998 Indiana 4A state title
