Nicole Thomas brings an enthusiasm and intensity that lifts the energy level of the entire team. The team's best rebounder, she has an exceptional ability to crash the boards and rebound for her size. The kind of player that is willing to do anything for the common good, her personality brings the team together. With two years in the program, Thomas' experience at power forward will be invaluable to the Vikings' frontcourt.

2005-06 -- Junior Season
• Led the team with 4.8 rebounds, while averaging 4.4 points
• Ranked 15th in the Horizon League in rebounding, 14th in blocks (0.36) and 12th in offensive boards (1.72)
• Played in 25 games, starting seven times
• Was fourth in the team with a .479 field goal percentage (45-94)
• Notched double-double against Detroit (12/31) with 12 points and 10 rebounds
• Equalled her career-high with 13 rebounds versus Ohio (12/22)
• Went 5-for-6 from the field en route to scoring 11 points against Western Michigan
• Matched her career-high with 13 points on 4-of-5 shooting against Hillsdale, adding eight boards

2004-05 -- Sophomore Season
• Hampered by a bulging disk in her back, she was limited to just one minute of playing time in a six-game stretch
• Grabbed a career-high 13 rebounds in 17 minutes at Butler (2/5)
• Had team's first double-double on the season, posting 13 points and 10 rebounds versus Texas A & M (11/27)
• Scored eight points and grabbed four rebounds against Virginia (11/19)
• Averaged 12.9 minutes in 21 games

Garden City (Kan.) C.C.
• Played in 2003-04 after redshirting as a freshman
• Averaged 7.1 points, 7.0 rebounds, 2.1 blocks and 1.5 assists

Born July 7, 1984 in Boston, Mass....daughter of Arthur Thomas Jr. and Francine Crockett...has an older brother, Jamaal, who played basketball at Angelo State University and currently plays professionally in the National Basketball Development League...received CSU's Athletic Academic Excellence Award in 2006...majoring in business marketing.
